Specifications

Door Frame

Manufactured from 1.5mm (16 ga.) galvanised steel to BS 1245 with double rebate profile, Supplied in fully welded smooth finish for added security Comers have integral reinforcements for solid connection between jambs and head. Frames are mortised, reinforced, drilled and tapped for hinges and strikes. Hinge and strike reinforcements are protected by metal guard boxes
Frames are provided with four fixings per jamb and built-in adjustment and complete with cover caps.

 

TYPICAL HARDWARE
Multi-point locking system, Heavy-duty lever handles or panic function bars, Drill resistant cylinder, thumb turn and escutcheon 1.5 pairs of 102mm x 76mm template drilled stainless steel dog bolt hinges On double doors, 2 lever action flush bolts can be located within the leading edge of the inactive door leaf.

A large number of alternative lock and handle arrangements can be provided to suit the individual client's requirements. All hardware is factory fitted unless otherwise stated.

The use of Dove All Steel Doors tested hardware is strongly recommended since the choice of hardware can greatly affect security performance and maintenance, All thought customers own hardware and lock sets can be incorporated.

FINISH
All doors and frames are manufactured from hot dipped galvanised steel and epoxy powder primed, ready for site painting by others or polyester powder coated to a colour selected from our standard RAL or BS colour references.

PERFORMANCE
Dove Security Class 4 steel doorsets are designed manufactured and installed to the criteria required by ISO 9002. Dove Security Class 4 steel doorsets can be provided in single leaf, 1.5 or double leaf configurations.

DOOR SIZES
Clearance requirements:

Frame width = S/O less 10mm
Frame hight = S/O less 7mm

The clearance between frame and wall should be filled on site by specialist mastic or as part of plastered wall finishes.
