STEEL FIRE RATED SECURITY DOOR

FIRE RATING -
This door set achives a rating of 120mins in accordance with the criteria laid down in BS476 part 20 & 22

SOUND REDUCTION -
When fitted with weather seal and threshold the door can achive a rating of 39dB (mineral wool infill only)

DOORBLADE -
Overall Thickness 55mm, 1.2mm Galvanised Steel Skins, Insuation Huneycomb Core ,
the door skins are folded and spot welded, the door leaf is hung on three galvanised drop on hinges with Security Dog Bolts into the frame.

FRAME -
1.5mm Rollformed Galvanised Steel, the frames are supplied as standard in a single rebate profile. Other profiles are avaliable as is an optional 25mm galvanised steel cill.

STANDARD FITOUT -
Single: Prepared for ASSA Modular Lock Strengthened for Closer/Panic Hardware.
Double: As above with the addition of flush bolts to interactive leaf.
