Steel Fire Rated Security Door

FIRE RATING
This door set achives a rating of 120mins in accordance with the criteria laid down in BS476 part 20 & 22

SOUND REDUCTION
When fitted with weather seal and threshold the door can achive a rating of 30dB (mineral wool infill only)

DOORBLADE
Overall Thickness 62mm,
Material 1.2mm Galvanised Steel Skins with 4mm mild steel sheet to the pull side & 3mm mild steel sheet to the push side. The lock case and strike plate are protected by 4mm Mangan Steel. Insuation Core-High Density Mineral Wool.

FRAME
Material 1.5mm Rollformed Galvanised Steel,
Cill: 2mm (optional), Design: single rebate frame (Type B) as standard c/w Mineral Wool infill.

NB: The frame requiers welding on site to a steel sub-frame supplied with the doorset.
